QuestionI came across your reply to someone with pain in the left shoulder who found no help with a chiropractor. I too have shoulder pain, very recently it started, in the left shoulder and you can see that this shoulder is pushed forward and a bit up in relation to the right. It is causing my entire left arm to hurt at times and doesn't seem to be getting better. Any suggestions? I am located in San Francisco and wary of going to a chiropractor to begin with, but especially wary of picking one out of the blue. Thanks in advance.
AnswerThe reason I suggest chiropractic so much is because it is effective treatment for most every problem, and without surgery or harmful drug treatment long-term. Without a proper exam I can not tell you exactly what is wrong with your shoulder, but it does sound like it is partially out of joint. Because I am a member of this chiropractic group and they thing and treat the way I do, I recommend you to a website, www.sorsi.com. This website briefly explains what we do but also lists doctors in your area. I suggest looking a doctor up on this site and set up an appointment to talk to them about what they can do for you. You can also look up chiropractors that practice sports rehab. If you have any other questions or concerns please email me.
