Questionhey i had an accident on my bike bout 6 years ago as i fell straight over the handle bars at a high speed on my bike and ended up in hospital, i also had some back problems due to carrying a much heavier bag during my duke of edinburgh bronze. i also have had sleeping problems since this time aswell
i went to an ostiopath bout 3 weeks back and he said that he can fix my back by clicking
the first week it felt perfect i slept better felt better was great
the second week he clicked it again and it had been twice as painfull as it has ever been and im lucky to get 3-4 hours sleep
im completly lost wt i should do try an ostiopath again or shall i go to doctors
dunno if u can help me on this aswell cos will save a messege, ive started gym 3 days ago and since my first day my right arm on the inside, (other side of elbow), on the joint is very painfull and i cant lay my arm flat cos it hurts what shall i do

When we get injured, there is a universal response: muscles tighten up related to the injured or painful area. Tight muscles get sore, make joints tight, and restrict movement
That sounds like what happened to you.
Those muscles are the first to get tighter, when we exercise, and the last to let go. I think that's why your gym workouts have caused problems.
