Question
I have this wierd shoulder cramp thats just come on me in last few minutes, it comes and goes in waves, any idea what it is ,its on the left hand side shoulder, I can remember hurting it but when i walked off a foot path today I misjudged how much of a drop there was so I got a bit of a jolt?

My best guess agrees with yours.  It seems that you have jarred something as a result of your drop.  If the pain continues, I recommend that you see your physician to make certain that there is no major damage.
