Thank you
ANSWER: Dizziness is typically caused by an inner ear problem. The mechanism that controls your balance is located in the inner ear and is called the vestibular system. I am not aware of disc bulges causing dizziness without any accompanying pain. However, I would recommend seeing an osteopath or chiropractor for an opinion since they specialize in treatment of bone and muscle issues such as your neck. They will have a better chance of finding the cause since they'll have all your records available.

QUESTION: I am sorry but it is not my inner ear as I had specialits do tests and came out negatvie. I have bad pain in my neck head and arms
Can you help me
AnswerThe pain can definitely involve the neck. It might be tight muscles or pinched nerves from a vertebra being just slightly out of place. Constant pain and muscle tension cause result in dizziness. However, most surgeons, neurologists, and ENT doctors wouldn't be concerned with what they believe is a minor misalignment in your neck.
As in my original answer, I recommend seeing an osteopath or chiropractor since they specialize in treatment of bone and muscle issues such as you're experiencing with your neck.
