Hello, I hope you can help.  My lower back has been hurting for a couple weeks.  Today, in addition, my left arm is numb and some toes on my left foot are numb.  also, my gums are numb.  please help.

I suggest you see a doctor, I can't do anything from here except advise people. I don't know your history, let alone other pertanant info. See a professional, at that point, I can be of more help. It sounds like multiple level disc herniation, without more info, I can't be for sure.
