Question
I was injured 8-17-05 at work and am finally getting medical treatment.I have severe pain in my lower back, left side pain radiates from low back down leg and now radiates to shin area and toes go numb.  Some days it's hard to walk and bending is out of the question.  Am now getting P.T. and Massage Therapy along with Chiropractors visits. I am doing everything natural to try to help myself, nothing is working do you have any suggestions? Thank You!

Sounds like you have impingement of the sciatic nerve from muscular contractions in your lower back.
