Question
I have just hurt my neck and im worried, I was sitting on an arm chair and my head feel forward.My symtoms are a very slight pain in the back of my neck and when I touch my chin to my chest a slight little crack sound, but I have no pain in my arms or shoulders and no tingling but my neck feels tender and alot looser, any ideas what I did?

It's hard to say based on the information you provided. Did you fall asleep in that position? Do you have any previous history of neck trauma? You probably don't have disc problem since you don't have any numbness or tingling in your arms or shoulders, but the only way to be sure is to have an MRI done. You may have just strained the muscles in your neck. In any case, make sure you see a physician to have it evaluated.
