This is basically explaining that there is degeneration and destruction setting in at the spinal levels in the mid-back. There is a growth that is usually not cancerous and all this is an effect of a potential Upper Cervical Subluxation which puts pressure on the brainstem and interferes with the mental impulse between the brain and the body.
At this point you can probably get away without surgery but you should act immediately and give it a chance for a few months to see how you do.
