Question
i was watching tv in an awkward position for .. 1 hour or so but after 5 hours
or so i noticed a bump on my neck ( right - center). I noticed it was hard and
only visible when i turned to the left. This was most lieky caused by the
pressure of blood during the time i was watching. Now i dont know what to
do i never had anything like this happen to me. Please help me what should i
do??!??!! ( by the way im 18 years old)

Are you sure that it is a blood bump?  If it is hard tissue then that would be bone.  Maybe you have misaligned a vertebra in your spine at the neck area, could that be possible?  You should go to see an Upper Cervical Specific Doctor of Chiropractic.  This Doctor specializes in the neck area and should be able to help you.
