Question
I have had several back issues, fell on ice, thrown off horses etc. Then one month ago after working hard in garden I couldnt walk or sit without pain. One month and many dr visits to chiro and gen Dr I finally requested X-ray. Todays results Dr DNC says compressed disk -no worry. Gen Dr-message says artritic condition. What do I do now? Who should I believe? Is this serious and will my pain ever go away. Will I ever be able to run and take long walks and lift groceries and laundry? Im depressed. I am 52 Female Should I insist on MRI? Thank you. I don't know if my life and activities have changed forever. I am scared.

First of all, I want you to take a deep breath for me, in through the nose and out through the mouth.  Actually take 3 Deep Breaths as described before you read on.  

OK, now the injuries that you have sustained over your LIFEtime have been received by your body as Upper Cervical Spine Injuries.  An Upper Cervical Spine Injury interferes with the mental impulse between the Brainstem/Spinal Cord and the Brain as well as the body.  Therefore, from the moment that the interference is present and onward your body is literally accumulating destruction.  As time passes and you are accumulating destruction because the interference has been allowed to continue, your body functions abnormally.  When your body functions abnormally over time, you develop a condition, and then symptoms.
So, the ONLY way for you to truly get well is to have the interference corrected so that your body will function normally and you will begin to accumulate production.
If you are continuing to get worse under Medical Care, fire your Medical Doctor, if you are continuing to get worse under Chiropractic Care, fire your Chiropractor.  They are obviously not terrific Doctors if they can't help you to get well, isn't this why you are going to them in the first place?
Send me your town and state so I can refer you to a Doctor that will be able to help you to get well.  I want you to have hope and have faith that you will improve and be able to live your LIFE, you are so young and should have a lot of wonderful years ahead of you.  You just have to make the right decision as far as your healthcare is concerned if you want to be well.
