hi for the last 2 months now when i look left then right i can hear a grinding noise its like when your sawing wood the same kind of noise could any tell me what it could be please

Your neck muscles are so tight that vertebrae of your neck are rubbing against each other.

If your neck was even tighter, you would have more restricted movement and no noises.

If your neck was loose, you would have free movement and no noises.
