Hello I having pain and brusied feeling in my middle back bone I dont know if it pulled muscle I have to pull charts in my job and alot of standing  And i have been diagnosed 6 years ago with a bulging disk in my spine and neck The pain is like burning , brucing and when i rub my back that bones hurt And feedback would help Thank you Carolyn

There are a number things that can be causing that bruised feeling in your back. You may have strained a muscle, sprained a joint or your disc bulge may be acting up. I would recommend that you see a good Chiropractor who can help determine what the cause of your pain is and recommend the appropriate therapy. Standing and reaching all day long can aggravate your back joints and, so make sure you get checked out so that you can prevent injuring your back in the future.
