QuestionQUESTION: hi Mr Arone foro the last 10 weeks i have been suffering back trouble it
started in my lower back with pain down the outsides of my thighs going into
my knees i seen a chiropractor and after 1 visit things started to improve i
went back to her 2 weeks later and she straightened my pelvis again. On the
evening i started to get an irritation in the neck area like a lable rubbing 3
days later while brushing my teeth i noticed my neck seemed crooked and
my head was tilted to one side i was not in a great deal of pain but felt a bit
stiff with limited movement to the left my left shoulder and neck muscles are
all really tight and after 10 weeks are showing no sign of improvement .I have
some pain into the backs of my arms and elbows worse on left my thumb
and index finger hurt sometimes or the base of my first 2 fingers on my left
hand i have also had some hand and wrist pain in my right hand and some
finger twitching of the thumb and index finger on both hands i get like tingly
crawley feeling on the outside side of the of the shoulder and just under the
shoulder blade i also get these feelings in my left buttock and round my hip
its worse when sitting or bending and sometimes into the right buttock i also
have this tingly feeling around my right knee my doctor has diagnosed
degenerative disc disease but i have had no screening tests all my blood tests
have come back normal so he said he does not think its any thing sinister my
head is still slightly turned towards the right and my left shoulder looks
higher than my right due to muscle tightness i presume i have lost 1 stone in
the last 3 months but i dont no wether that is down to me worrying so much
about it i would be very grateful if you could shed any light on this for me
thank you
ANSWER: Bernadette,
If your head is not sitting balanced on your neck, if it is turned to one side, and if your shoulders are not level either, then this means that you almost definitely have an Upper Cervical Subluxation.
Has this Chiropractor Adjusted your neck?
OR
Were you in some sort of accident where you may have injured your head or neck in the last 15 years or so?
Once you respond with your answers then we can move forward.

QUESTION: Hi Mr Arnone thanxs for the reply about 2 and half years ago my car was hit
from behind it gave me an instant headache and i had a bit of a stiff neck for
a few days then it went away when i seen the chiropractor she did adjust my
neck the muscle spasm seems to be mainly on the left she gave my head 4
sharp turns to the right while i was lying on my back she then gave my
shoulder muscle a massage and sent me on my way The following day i
couldnt turn my head at all and it was quite sore for a few days altough the
pain wore off everything is still pretty much as it was . i also had a baby 5
months ago and i am still breastfeeding

AnswerBernadette,
We need to get you under the care of an Upper Cervical Specific Doctor of Chiropractic. This is not at all the same as the Chiro you had gone to before, and this is exactly what you are needing to get well.
Send me your location and I will refer you to a Doctor that can help you in your vicinity.
