Question
Please in layman terms how bad off is my friend?
c2-3 broad posterior disc/osteophyte comlex formation with uncovertebral spurring.
c3-4 broad posterior disc bulge with ass. osteophytes.
c4-5 posterior disc/osteophytecomplex formation. left foraminal stenosis
c5-6 Prominent uncovertebral spurring. Bilateral significant foraminal stenosis.
c6-7 prominent uncovertebral spurring.
c7-T1 No stenosis.

Sonja,
It sounds like there is advanced degeneration and instability in his/her Cervical Spine.
The spinal bones are growing extra bone in an attempt to create stability, this extra bone can impinge upon nerves and also can press on the discs.
Are there any pictures for me to look at to see how far advanced this truly is?  MRI's, CT's X-Rays?
There still may be hope for her even without any drugs or surgery, but the only way to know is to look at some pics.
