QuestionI have been able to pop my back like at least 200 times a day just from breathing in or turning around. I have been having a lot of spasms in my middle back that stretch all the way to my stomach and make me feel ill. What do you think is causing this and what should I do?

AnswerThis sound like that you are "hypermobile" in certain joints and "hypomobile" in other joints.
When someone presents with this symptoms in my office I treat the area that is not moving properly "hypomobile" and usually the area that is moving to much "hypermobile" quiets down.
