Please advise what will be best treat?

Answer
Hi Hiwa,

I would recommend a treatment plan that includes Mckenzie exercises, electrical stimulation, chiropractic mobilizations, laser therapy, muscle/nerve release therapy, exercise/stretches and/or custom foot orthotics. Every patient has different treatment methods that would work best for them, so the best option is to find a chiropractic doctor or physical therapist who offers a variety of treatment modalities so that they can tailor your treatment specifically for your injuries.

I hope this helps!

Dr. Liza
