Question
I've been having problems with my shoulder - pain; numbness in hand and arm very uncomfortable - MRI was done - small tear in rotor cuff and 2 compressed disks in neck.  PT is not helping - she says too much nerve issues going on from neck affecting shoulder... They now want to do epidural shot in neck / pain management... Any other ideas??? i don't' want surgery..Have had 2 cortisone shots in shoulder as well..

Do you have any MRI or XRay pics of your cervical spine?  If so can you send them to my email?  If I could look at those then I could give you a much better opinion at this point.
