Question
Hello, I'll drive to give as much information as I can and any help/information you have to offer I would appreciate...

Okay so, I'm 20 years old now, 160lbs 5'7" -  I eat healthy (big salads, whole wheat, lean meats, no junk food ever) and when I was 18 I was going to the gym often (5 days a week), I was focussed on all my muscle groups, but I pushed my chest and back the hardest.

Over time I slowly started developping this tightness on the right side of my spine beside my scapula, when I look to the left and down I feel a stretch there.
it has gotten progressively worse, I have some pretty serious problems now; my right shoulder hangs 1-2cm lower than my left, my right scapula sticks out further than my left (it feels like a lot when i'm sitting in a wooden chair or leaning against a wall) At times when I exercise, a day or two later its pretty bad.

I have no other symptoms, I can move my arms freely, and rotate my shoulders fine.

when I was 19, I thought it was just a muscle knot that needed to be worked out so I saw a masseuse and she would always get the knots (ridiculously painful, its right on a pressure point too... if i put pressure there on my left side (which is fine) it hurts like a 6/10, on my right side its a 10/10 with shooting pain up behind my right ear) Although afterwords it would always feel better. (and I would always get my girlfriend to massage it)

It seems the focal point (where I get the knot every 1-2 days) is between my scapula and spine. When you take your left hand around the right side of your neck and try to reach down your back, my middle finger just reaches it when I push my left elbow with my right hand as far as it can go...

I would appreciate any advice!

Answer
Have you seen a physical therapist?
In my practice we generally refer to a physical therapist so they can identify the weak muscle group and teach corrective exercises.
I also use Kinesio tape to help correct and re-educate muscle and postural patterns.
