Throbbing blood vessels on the left side of the neck

Question
QUESTION: I am 5'2", 135lbs, African American female, moderately active, and good but not great eating habits. Lately my neck has been throbbing almost all the time for the past week. It is not overly painful, but it is very uncomfortable. I can feel the blood vessels throbbing when I touch my neck, and I can see it throbbing in the mirror. There seems to be some mild swelling because it's been going on for so long. I had a similar problem with my right eye lid constantly twitching and blood vessels bursting in my eye. I was prescribed some anti-anxiety meds, that didn't work. I didn't see relief until I went on a strict diet of only lemonade with cayenne pepper for two weeks. I also feel other veins throbbing in my thighs, feet, hands, head, and forearms. I feel the pain, than I press down to stop the pain and I feel the vein or blood vessel throbbing.
I have been tested for high blood pressure, it was a little high due to stress. It seems that stress is a part of the problem, which is why the doctor prescribed anti-anxiety meds to take when I felt stressed. It made me feel a little drowsy, but the throbbing blood vessels in my eye continue to twitch.
I am unable to sleep more than 4-5 hours, and I toss and turn alot. I have recently started eating smaller meals, more vegetables, and taking woman's one aday multivitamin. I have tried doing yoga and deep breathing to help, I have also cut down on sodium and sugars in my diet, and drinking more water. I have been doing this for a few days and nothings changed, it seems to be getting worse.
I feel that my digestive system is part of the problem, and that a strict liquid diet to give my digestive system a break might help like it did with my eye.
I do have an a appointment on Friday to see my local doctor, but would love an answer sooner.

ANSWER: Leslie,
If you want to give your digestive system a break than get some apple cider vinegar ( Bragg Organic is the only kind to get).  Start taking this as directed every day and you should start to improve many health factors including what you are talking about in your question.  Try it for a month and then let me know how it is going for you.  After that point if you want to go further, just ask me and I will tell you what is next.  On your road to super health!

QUESTION: Will giving my digestive system a break fix all my problems. Do you have an explanation for the throbbing blood vessels in my neck, legs, and arms. Do you have any other suggestions besides apple cider. What is the suggest dosage of Braggs apple cider.

Answer
Leslie,
NO, fixing your digestive system will not fix all of your problems.  But now that you mentioned it I must tell you:
There is a place in your body that controls all others.  If this location is having trouble then it may be involved in all other problems and its correction will in fact help to correct all other problems.  This area is the Brainstem.  You will need to have an evaluation done in order to know if you have a brainstem interference that may be the cause of all or nearly all of your health problems.
ACV is great 3 times per day at approximately 2 teaspoons each time.
