Question
I was shocked 2/21/09.since then an mri showed I herniated my entire thoracic spine.what can i expect for my future.it feels as though every muscle is pulled in my back with stabbing sensation.i was struck by 440,2000volts,60 amps,lucky to be alive.Thank you for your time.

I have never heard of someone being struck by lighting and herniated every disc in their thoraic spine. Was this a problem prior to this incident?
I would recommend you are evaluated by a Chiropractor and possibly look into swimming. This is a great non impact exercise that can work all the spinal muscles.
