MRI OF THE L.S.SPINE
The vertebral bodies are normal in heightness with normal bone
Marrow intensity show moderate degenerative changes.
The L2/3,L3/4,L4/5 discs are hypointense protruded posteriorly causing mild-moderate pressure effect upon the thecal sac and cauda equine.
Intact nerve roots.
The conus medullaris is normal

what is the best method to cure and heal my back
i am 53 old healthy person  6 feet long and 88 kg weight

Answer
I am an advocate for non-surgical methods.
To date I have found that non-surgical spinal decompression produces the best results for this type of injury.
Also consider finding a Chiropractor that using the Cox technique.
When these two techniques are combined the results can be outstanding.
