I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY I GET NUMBNESS IN MY LEFT THIGH,LEFT FOOT,AND GROIN AREA
I HAVE BACK PAIN FOR WHICH I AM ON SOME EXERCISES
PLEASE SUGGEST SOME REMEDY AND REASON FOR MY NUMBNESS

Simple answer:   nerve compression.

The back pain comes from tight back muscles -- tight enough to compress nerves that exit the spine and go down to your foot.  You are in the grip of a habituated postural reflex.

Remedy: somatic exercises

These exercises free muscles from tightness, so the pressure comes off the nerves.  These are not strengthening exercises; they are "control" exercises.  Get first-aid for your condition at
