Snowboarding accident

Question
Last winter I was snowboarding when I fell and landed on my upper back/neck. at this point i was dizzy and a sore from the fall but was fine it get up snowboard, walk driver, etc. The following days I was sore but what I figured was expected from the incident. Approximately 2-3 weeks later I was in a car accident and went to the doctor to get my back looked at because it started to feel weird. we said it was probably just bruised or stressed from the accident. Since then when ever I tilt my head down such that my chin touches my chest i feel stress in the middle to upper area of my back and most if not all of my body goes numb and tingly for the time I hold it down. I've had x-rays done and nothing shows up. Any idea to what could be wrong, or what I should do such as exercises or anything?

Thanks,
Michael

Answer
Immediately go to the hospital or ask your doc to take/ get cervical STRESS FILMS if they weren't already done.  These are views that make you look all the way up and all the way down.  My fear is instability in your neck. It may well be that you sprained your neck badly enough that the vertebrae slip on one another.  Please follow up with me after you do this, or if they have already been taken.
