i injured my lower back repoing a large patient 8 months ago.i have been to numerous doctors/specialist,months of pt with no relief or answers on whats wrong.today i saw my last doc a spine surgen nothing he can do eaither.let me tell you problems im having. lower back pain,cannt even touch feels bruised with alot of pressure,need to bendslightly or lean on things to releave pressure. pain has progressed into butt area down legs so sharp it can take your breath away! recently has moved to cramping from knees down now with foot an leg numbness. i cannt sleep at night due to leg cramps. i also have muscle spasms in my low back. pain increases with actvity.mri showed mild atropy facet spinal lvl 4-5 lumbar 5-s1 sacrum? i met my mmi on work comp.i can hardley walk any more..please help! i cant take the pain anymore!

You went into spasm, which due to the cringing response of pain, spread.
