QuestionHI Lawrence, i have seen your articles and the are very helpful, could i ask if you have any info on how to release a very tight TFL, it is so tight it almost feels like a bone and i ave lost a great deal of movement through it, i am using sports therapy and meditation. but wondered if you have any other techniques i can use myself?
