Questionmy neck popped while i squatted 800lbs. is that something i need to be worry about?

Yep.
It means you making your muscles so tight that your neck popped. That can lead to disc problems, headaches, and nerve impingement.
On the other hand, no need to worry if you do something about the neck tension you are apparently accumulating.
