Hello sir I am Rakesh sir I have back stiffnes for past 2 years I feel stiffness while standing for a long time but not playing sports walking even running. There is posterior disc bulge found in my mri scan. I have taken treatment from neuro surgeon and feel better sir in my report there is opinion "MR findings are suggestive of moderate posterior disc bulge at level L5-S1" , please suggest me is there something serious and the precaution and treatment what should I have to take.

The report you attached indicates two conditions:
1) loss of normal lumbar curve
2) posterior disc bulge
Both conditions commonly follow from muscular contractions in the trunk causing spinal shortening and disc compression, which can lead to more severe problems, over time.
My suggestion is to train your control of the involved muscles to ease their effects on the spine through relaxation. That would be the precaution and treatment you ask about.
