QuestionHi!
I'm thinking about investing in an office chair that is healthy for my back, and I was wondering what features you would recommend for one. If you know the name of a specific model that works for you or your clients, that would be helpful as well.
Thanks in advance for your time,
Moorea
AnswerThe ability to make many different adjustments are always a plus. Herman Miller chairs are a good choice, and you generally get what you pay for. However, keep this in mind too - sitting, no matter how good the chair is will still put stress on your neck and back so make sure to get up and take frequent breaks. If you can find a Healthy Back store or another ergonomic furniture outfitter, pay a visit to them and try a few chairs out to see how they feel before you buy.
