Question
At l3/4 level there is a minor broad based posterior bulge of the disc annulus. At L4/5 level a moderate sized central posterior disc protusion which is associated with distortion and posterior  displacement of the adjacent thecal sac and with a moderate central canal stenosis. At L5/S1 there is a moderate disc space narrowing, a moderate sized broad based central posteriordisc protusion which is associated with distortion and posterior displacement of the adjacent thecal sac and with a moderate central canal stenosis. Can you advise me on what the best solution or therapy is for this..thankyou

Answer
Sorry for being a bit late in answering your question.

Flexion/Distraction is the Gold standard for non-invasive reduction of disc bulges. Find a DC near you that has F/D tables and make an appointment. I suggest you Google it first to learn about it ahead of time, this will help you understand the procedure. It is a comfortable technique and is inexpensive, about $50 US per visit and should take 6-10 visits to significantly reduce your symptoms and another 6-10 to completely resolve the MRI findings. This also helps disc degeneration and several other spinal related problems.
