hello was told may last year 09  that i had start of inpichment of c4c 5 i now have a lot of tingling hands legs and sexorgans also geting bruning feeling in legs pain all time in r leg cant sit for to long what would you segust

I'd suggest you learn about nerve impingements and what it takes to clear them up.  With the right approach, it goes rather quickly.

Nerve impingement usually comes from overtight muscles compressing the nerves.
