Hi, Christine.
I don't think so. A brain injury generally causes paralysis or loss of sensory awareness.
More likely, the incident that caused the brain injury triggered muscular reflex patterns of contraction in the places affected by the injurious incident, which causes pain. A head injury affects the head, neck, and spinal muscles. Sound familiar?
