QuestionHello,
As of yesterday, I have had a numbness/tingling feeling in my spine.. It is mostly in my lower back, radiating upwards, and between my shoulder blades, down. Also, if I lean certain ways I get an extremely sharp stabbing pain in my back. This is affecting my ability to pick up my 2 year old son. I'm concerned, as I've never experienced this kind of numbness/tingling in my spine.. Not really sure what this could be or if it's even related. Any help/advice would be GREATLY appreciated!!
Thank you!!
Rachel

Hello, Rachel,
Stabbing pain in the back from movement usually comes from back muscles in spasm.
You need some first aid for back pain.
Please visit the following page, read and then send for the link to the somatic exercise for back pain.

See if that clears up the tingling and numbness, too (usually the result of nerve entrapment from highly contracted back muscles).
