ANSWER: Hello, Araylia,
Vision is tied in with the musculature of the neck, which coordinate with the muscles of the eyes.
Migraine headaches are also tied in with the scalene muscles of the neck.
Please see this page and read, Headaches.

Please see this entry to understand Trauma Reflex, which got triggered in you by the car crash.

Memory is closely tied in with movement and body sense, also affected by the Trauma Reflex. The applicable term is, "sensory-motor amnesia". (See Thomas Hanna's, "Somatics -- reAwakening the Mind's Control of Movement, Flexibility, and Health" -- Perseus books @ Amazon.com.)
You need to put yourself together, again (with assistance).
I can make recommendations for recovery, once you ask for them.

Puzzles and wordfinds use only the verbal mind, which depends upon memory and the entire sensory-motor (sensation and movement) system.
Somatic exercises are much better.
Here's an explanation:

I'd suggest you start with the somatic exercise on the following page:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LSMnexgtYgI
followed by the somatic exercise program, Disproving the Myth of Aging
http://somatics.com/page7-cat_audio.htm
That program brings organization to both thought and movement.
Once you have some experience and results, I can make a recommendation for handling migraines.
