Question
Can you please explain my findings & conclusions?
MRI/Findings: Straightening of the normal lordos is consistent with muscular spasm.
Anterior osteophytes are present at C5-C6.  Ridging of the ventral subarachnoid sac is noted from C3-C4 through C6-C7 related to mild heterotopic bone.
Conclusion: Degenerative changes of the mid cervical spine with anterior osteophytes at C5-C6.
X-rays/Findings:2mm anterolisthesis of C3 over C4 on flexion lateral view. Mild narrowing disc height of C5-C6. Small anterior marginal osteophytes are present mainly at C3-C4 and  C5-C6.
Impression: Cervical spondylosis. 2mm anterolisthesis of C3 over C4 on flexion lateral view.
Injury from 10'fall approximately 3 years ago.  58 years old & unable to return to work due to chronic neck pain, migraines, lower back pain, numbness of feet & hands if sitting/driving more than 15-30 minutes and memory problems since accident. 2 torn rotor cuffs/biceps, apprx. 6-8" scar on right arm and left hip & ankle pain from being caught in ladder.
