QuestionHow do I get my sacrum to stay in place and stop falling to the right. also Gary do you take patience and were are you located.
Thanks Jason
AnswerHi Jason,
The good news is that there is a lot you can do all by yourself to stabilize your sacrum.
Once you understand that bones only go where muscles and soft-tissue hold them, then you can get
busy releasing the inappropriate tension in your pelvis that is causing your sacrum to get yanked out of place.
I'm going to recommend that you go to my website,
Do-It-Yourself-Joint-Pain-Relief.com
http://www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/
where I have videos for every single joint in the body.
First, I think you should visit the main Sacroiliac Joint Pain Relief page,
http://www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/sacroiliac-joint-pain-relief.htm
and follow along with all the videos.
After going through the main page, you can visit the SI Joint Exercises page, which
shows a bunch of quick fixes, but is less comprehensive than the main page.

I do think these may benefit you greatly, so give them a good shot.
I live in San Diego, California. I do see patients, but it's a bit of a commute from Alberta, Canada.
All the best,
Gary Crowley
