Question
I am having obesity weight 100 kg and my joint space is significantly reduced..so to reduce i have started xenical-anti obesity drug but after starting xenical I feel that my joints are not getting daily require oil
and my left knee joint has started sympotems..pl inform whether xenical have such creation? pl also guide to overcome joint space reduction (significant)problem

Dear mr handp,   There is nothing that can be done much to overcome joint space reduction...  Osteoarthritis will not get better, only worse with time and often to the point that artificial knees need to be surgically put into place...  Same with the hips if they are affected....  There are medications out there that can help relieve inflammation which is common with osteoarthritis and even some medications that say they help rebuild cartiledge, but I have not seen these rebuilders to work, so I would be skeptical unless you doctor orders you to take them.....

As for the Xenical, I do not see anything in side-effects that pertains to joints and lubrication....  This Xenical must be given with a doctors prescription and since you doctor knows you have osteoarthritis, she/he would/should not have given this medication to you if she/he thought it would make your condition worse....  Since you feel it has, I think you should contact your doctor and tell him/her about this joint problem that seems to be getting worse....
