AnswerDear Bill, Unfortunately, there isn't anyway to do this without causing flare-ups in your osteoarthritis.... All you can do is do the exercise and then treat the inflamation and pain that is has caused.... Of course, doing the exercise at less time (15 minutes at each exercise program) at 2 times per day instead of 1 30 minute program may help....
