Question
Why does cool or cold damp weather worsen my arthritic pain? And why is it that when I was living by a river that I developed further symptoms and increased arthritis?
Also, what could I do to reverse this condition?

Tom,

Know one knows why weather effects arthritis. It does not effect everyone the same. Cold weather effects more people negatively than any other weather condition. There has been very little research done on the subject.

I am sorry but I do not know of any way to reverse the way weather effects arthritis except moving away from an environment with cold and damp weather.
