hi
i am 30 years old and 3 months ago had a baby. i never had hand pain before but a couple weeks after the delivery i started getting stiffness in my interphalangeal joints of my hands. no pain no swelling and no redness. everytime i keep my hand still for couple mins. stiffness returns. i also experience stiffness in the morning when i get up but it goes in couple of mins.i had no problems at all  during my pregnancy. i havent seen a doc yet. pls share your thoughts on this.

It is hard to say what this is. I am assuming your are talking about both hands. You use the term hands and hand. Since there is no pain it sounds more like a tendon problem than arthritis. If it is in both hands then that is a different question. The best thing to do is to see your doctor. It could be something like a virus that will go away over time or it could be the beginning of something more serious.
