Hello,
Thank you for your question. I understand what you are saying but need a little more information. When did the aching begin? Did it begin in both legs at the same time? Did anything unusual happen at the time when the aching came? Is there any pain in your back? Can you feel everything in your legs and feet, or is there any numbness or tingling? Do your knees make noise when you walk or stand up from a chair? Is it sore to touch your knees anywhere? Your doctors must have found some reason to want to do surgery on both your knees. Did the X-ray pictures show anything unusual? Do you have any other medical problems that could affect the knees or other joints? What more information can you give me? I would like to help but there are many things that can affect both knees at the same time, therefore the questions are useful to help understand even more about your condition. Thank you.
no i havent aching i meant (arcing) or i mean a curvature on my legs which make the knees loaded & changed its position
the x-rays appeared that the normal axis of the knees is going towards left & vice versa & from supposal that this axis is in the middle thats the normal but on my case the both axis of my kness comming to farly left & write , thats lets the doctors told me to make the surgery
i hope you understand i have a curvature on my both legs which affected the knees
AnswerHello,
Thank you for making the problem more clear to me. I thought it was 'aching', not arcing, my apologies. If the legs are bending, then that will put more strain on the knees in later life. This is a problem that the doctors there have obviously looked at carefully if they want to surgically make your legs more stable. I did not see the images of your legs or know the situation why they curved, so it is hard to know what the future brings. An important question to ask your doctors is what may happen if you do not do this surgery, and also to ask all the risks there are to do it. More than this I do not know, since it is very difficult to give more information about your condition without seeing it. However, if I can help you again in the future, please feel free to write.
