Question
First I had pain in the left shoulder joint, This pain is
increasing in air conditioner, or when it is cold, then the
pain increase to the neck going towards head. this happened
alleast three times in the past 6 months. Doctor gave pain
killer tablets and gel to apply. I had then x-ray for shoulder but the result is normal. Is it nerve/bone problem.
My bp is 100/130. Please give me a suggestion. thank you.

Your problem isn't OA since the x-rays would have shown that. It is more than likely a fixated joint causing irritation with weather or air conditioning changes, I strongly recommend a Chiropractor to look at it. You should have complete resolution of symptoms in a couple weeks. Find one that comes highly recommended and you won't look back! The pain tablets are only masking the symptoms and not the cause, it makes no sense to shut off the fire alarm instead of putting out the fire.
