Question
hey my wrist been hurting alot when i wake up and smetimes during the day. Is it ok if i sleep on my wrist? or maybe to much lacrose? help?

Hi Jason,

Sleeping on the wrist will just further congest and inflame any injury presently symptomatic. The best thing to do is rest and ice it down, this means laying off Lacrosse for a week or two and give your body a chance to repair any connective tissue damage. If the symptoms worsens or discomfort persists more than a couple weeks, get an x-ray and work-up by your physician.
