Sorry to disagree, but I did get this question regarding your wife needing some advice.  I can't remember exactly what the problem area was, but I did sugget to you that you get the information on your wife's condition and call the largest teaching hospital in your area and find the head of the department that she needs help in and ask the secretary for the name of the best doctor in your area.
