Question
Hello Sharon,
I didn't know who else to ask this of, so I hope you can help.
When someone has a bone density test and it is good, Can the density become less over the next few years or would the density stay good?

Answer
Dear My fawny

Things can always change.  A bone density can have changes show up over a period of years, specifically if you have changes in diet, exercise and general health.

If you are older, (and you don't specify) your age, you might want to ask your doctor about a bone building medication like Fosamax.  You can take that once a week and it will help your bone density, especially if you don't eat dairy products.

I hope I  have answered your question.
