For your pain in your legs. Gentle exercising, perhaps in a pool helps with all forms of arthritis. Ask your doctor about trying other anti-inflammatory medicines. Sometimes a medicine works for a while & then does not work as well. You can always stop for a while and then go back after a few months. Sometimes a rheumatologist- may have different arthritis medicine to try.
Try be be at the lowest healthy weight you can be-which will put less stress on the knees.
There is something called an anti-inflammatory diet-which contains less food that is less likely to produce irritation. For example-dark cherries may help with arthritis.
