ABout 2 years ago I started to get this pain in my hip around the lower right side of my back. I went to my fmaily docter who took xrays and could not find anything wrong. AFter about a year I moved in to a build with no stairs and the pain went aways its been about a 8 months since I had it. Last week I went back to school and all my classes are on the 3 floor and after a week the pain is back can you please tell me that I should do
I am 28 years old and when the pain hits it gets so bad that all I can do is cry.

I would suggest that you get evaluated by a good physical therapist.  Your symptoms are fairly common and good quality physical therapist should be able to help you.
