Hello, hope I am asking the question to the right person..., (if not can you please re direct me).  For the past couple of days I have been experiencing this odd sensation coming from what it seems like in left thigh, its like vibrating feeling, not like a spasm more like a vibration and shaking if you will coming from the inside along the quad.  Is this artery related or something, should it be of concern?...

My expertise is in hip replacements which is probably not related to what you are going through.
It sounds to me it's more neurologically related or a circulation problem.  

However, my rule of thumb is that if something bothers me to the point that I have to ask someone's opinion, I would suggest they go to a doctor.  Your primary physician should take a look at you in order to determine what the problem is.
