Question
I can't seem to find anyone who can build up a tennis shoe. My left left is about 1" shorter. I have an inner lift which is not enough. I now have severe hip and back pain.  Do you have any ideas or online contacts?

I have my shoes built up by a shoe repair guy who owns his own shop.  They are getting harder to find, but they are around.  
I am not sure where you live, but look in the yellow pages under shoe repair.

You might also get in touch with a physical therapy place and ask if they know of someone who does that type of work
