i am going to need replacements in all my joints(hip and knee). do u know if is better to one before the other and is it ok to have both done at once.

I would think that having all those surgeries at the same time would be too much of a shock to the system. I have heard of cases where both knees are done at the same time, or both hips are done at the same time. It's a harder recovery, but some people would rather do both at once rather than have two recovery times. I would think it depends on your physical condition and how hard the orthopedist feels your surgery would be.
My doctors chose to do each hip individually with a month of recovery between surgeries. I would see what your doctor suggests for your particular condition.
