Question
I had right hip replacement on Oct. 06 and had to replace the ball on Nov. 07. Only problem is pain in upper leg where shaft to ball is located. Before with first surgery and now with second. Also  my left leg has a lot of edema and muscles spasms. Unable to bear weight on either leg. Ruled out blood clot by ultra sound. Any idea what is happening? My doctor is stumped.

Sounds to me like you have been through a lot of pain lately.  I'm so sorry.

Unfortunately I am not a doctor, and you really need someone to diagnose your problem, but I think it might be time to get a second opinion.
